Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Marilou Monico, met with Site Director, Deloris Arora, for a 3 year required inspection. LPA observed all the required posted materials. LPA toured the facility both indoor and outdoor. Ten children's files and four staff files were reviewed. At least one staff member present during the visit has current CPR and First Aid certifications. The teacher/child ratio was in compliance. Drinking water indoor is via bottles and sippy cups. Parents are responsible to bring food for children who are not on regular food. LPA observed adequate food for snacks and lunch. There is a kitchen at the facility which is equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a sink with hot and cold running water. Cleaning supplies are stored inaccessible to children. There is a functioning carbon monoxide detector. LPA observed that each infant has current feeding, diaper, and nap log. Diapers are being disposed appropriately. Each infant has personal items individually stored and labeled. Infant Needs and Services Plan for each infant is updated quarterly.

There are climbing structures and swings in the yard with sand/tanbarks as resilient material. Drinking water outdoor is via bottles and sippy cups. Shade is provided by trees and building overhang.

A review of staff records during today's inspection indicates that all Facility staff or other individuals who require caregiver background checks have received criminal record and child abuse index clearances or exemptions.
