The center is aware that as of September 1, 2016, a person may not be employed or volunteer at a child care facility unless he or she has been immunized against influenza, pertussis, and measles or qualifies for an exemption pursuant to Health and Safety Code 1597.662.
LPA reviewed AB 1207 with the Licensee. As of January 1, 2018 all staff is required to complete Mandated Reporter Training every two years. The training can be obtained online at www.mandatedreporterca.com.
A Type â€œAâ€ violation (see continuation) was issued today. The center was advised to provide a copy of the Evaluation Report and the Type â€œAâ€ Deficiency cited to the parents and guardians of children currently enrolled in care and to parents of newly enrolled children during the next 12 months. A signed and dated LIC 9224 shall be maintained in all Children's files. This report and appeal rights were provided and reviewed with the Molly. Notice of Site Visit shall remain posted for 30 days.
