(1) An unannounced Annual Random Visit was conducted on this day by Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Armando J. Lucero and Ana Chico. Facility is currently licensed for a capacity of 60. Licensing staff met with Director Liane D'Arezzo. Licensing staff toured indoors and outdoors. All areas on facility sketch were inspected and deemed accurate according to sketch. Facility currently operates Monday thru Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm. The office is located in room 100 towards the back of the school campus. All classes are located inside the church grounds in a closed campus atmosphere.

Furniture and equipment was inspected for age appropriateness and good repair. Telephone service, heating, lighting and ventilation were evaluated. Storage for children's belongings and mat/cot was inspected. Availability of drinking water was reviewed. The children use potable water with drinking cups. Age appropriate sinks and toilets were inspected for availability, good repair, water temperature, toilet paper, area safety and sanitation.

Snack/lunch menus were reviewed. All lunch is provided from home by the parents. Food preparation areas were toured for safety, cleanliness and proper equipment. A review of cleaning and food supply storage areas was made.

Outdoor equipment was inspected for safety, cushioning material, good repair and appropriateness. Required shade, drinking water and fencing were inspected. Children use a potable drinking water source with disposable cups while outdoors. Play area was inspected for hazards and inaccessibility to bodies of water.

Teacher-child ratios were observed and staff names recorded. Care and supervision was evaluated to determine if the basic needs of children are met and appropriate. It is determined that the needs of the children are being met. Sign-in and out sheets and procedures were reviewed. Personal Rights of children were observed by LPA. CPR/First Aid expires in February 2018.

Staff and Children’s Records were reviewed for completeness. Inspection of required forms made.
